How to Make Royal Icing Transfers

1. Print the sheet and place it underneath parchment paper or a clear sheet protector.
2. Pipe the balloon designs with royal icing, making a few extras in case any break.
3. Let the transfers dry completely, usually for at least 8 hours.
4. Carefully remove the dried transfers and attach them to your cookies with a small dab of royal icing.
