How are your sugar cookies made?
The sugar cookies and royal icing are carefully prepared to order and packaged in my pet-free home kitchen, Permit #PT0329595. Every cookie is individually heat sealed to ensure optimal freshness.
THESE COOKIES HAVE BEEN BAKED IN A HOME KITCHEN THAT IS NOT NUT-FREE, EGG-FREE, DAIRY-FREE, OR GLUTEN-FREE.
Sugar Cookie Ingredient List
Ingredients: enriched flour (wheat, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), powdered sugar (sugar, cornstarch), butter (cream, salt), granulated sugar, eggs, agave nectar, light corn syrup (salt, vanilla beans, ethyl alcohol), meringue powder (sugar, dried egg white, food starch, gum acacia, sodium aluminum sulphate, citric acid, vanillin, cream of tartar) glycerin, vanilla extract (vanilla bean extract, alcohol), baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate). Are your sugar cookies nut-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, and/or egg-free?
No. The cookies are baked in a home kitchen that is NOT nut-free, egg-free, dairy-free, or gluten-free.
Are your sugar cookies dye-free?
Dye-free sugar cookies are available upon request.
I'm having trouble downloading my order
Please reach out to me so I can look into the problem and correct it.
Can I get a refund?
No refunds will be given for digital downloads (cookie cutters, classes, or royal icing transfer sheets).

I want a special cookie cutter made. Can you help with that?
Reach out to me by email and I will see what I can do. Please include a picture of what you need and the size.
Custom Sugar Cookies and Pre-Orders - Terms and Conditions
Payment Due: Payment is required up front so that I can source your cute cutters, stencils, sprinkles, food colors, and perfect packaging. Your payment also reserves your pick up date.
Delivery: All orders are pick up only in Livermore, California. The location in Livermore will be emailed to you prior to pick up.
Rescheduling Pick Up: Need to reschedule your pick up? No problem! Please reach out 24 hours in advance.
Communication: To get your order just right, I'll need you to reply to my messages within 24 hours, otherwise I might just have to wing it (and I'm pretty good at that!). Questions for me? Please allow me 24 hours to reply as well - I'm usually elbow deep in royal icing!
Changes: Small order changes can be made up to 1 week prior to your pick up date. After that, all change requests and changes that require different cookie cutters will be under consideration and a small fee will apply.
Inspiration: Thank you so much for the inspiration photos! They are just that - inspiring, and your cookies may not be perfect replicas or the exact color, but I'll try to keep it close.
Rush Orders: While I cannot always accommodate rush orders, it does not hurt to ask! Orders placed with a turnaround time of less than 5 days will require a rush fee of $25.00
No show = No cookies. Your cookies are best enjoyed fresh. Not showing up to the agreed upon pick-up time forfeits your order. But take heart, they will be donated to a family in need.
Refunds: I can offer refunds up to 48 hours after ordering*. Unfortunately, after that time, I cannot honor refund requests. The good news - you get beautiful cookies! *No refunds on rush orders.
After Pick Up: Once you pick up your order, what happens to your cookies is your responsibility.
Allergens: It is your responsibility to provide your guests with the cookie ingredients that will be on the cookie packaging. Baked goods are often made with ingredients that can be known allergens.
Cottage Food Laws: These cookies have been baked in a home kitchen that is not nut-free, egg-free, dairy-free, or gluten-free.
Price Adjustments: All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredient costs.
Product Photography / Videography: I create replicas of client orders to photograph. If you do not want your cookies in the spotlight, please let me know at the time you place your order.
Satisfaction: While I really want you to love the cookies, if you are not satisfied with your order, please return all uneaten cookies within 24 hours so I can assess the condition and troubleshoot any problems. I will then determine whether a refund or credit towards a future order will be given.
